Baked potatoes in the slow cooker?  Of course!  First wash and dry them, prick them with a fork.  Then rub each potato with olive oil and place in slow cooker.  Sprinkle with sea salt and cook on high for about 3-4 hours or low for 7-8 hours on high.  Don't add water!  They taste better with the olive oil and salt and the slow cooker means dinner can be waiting on you rather than you waiting on dinner.

To bake in an oven instead of a slow cooker, wash and dry like above.  Rub with olive oil and place the potatoes in a large iron skillet and sprinkle with sea salt.  Cover the skillet tightly with foil and bake the potatoes at 425 for 50-60 minutes.   Enjoy your potatoes!
